Founder
I’m Amy E. Quigley, President and Founder of EQIQ. I'm often referred to as an empathetic business ninja due to my exceptional ability to connect with individuals and assist them in overcoming their obstacles. By bringing empathy to the business world, I've been able to establish, construct, and expand robust networks while developing lucrative business tactics. My approach is simple: I have an insatiable curiosity about people and a deep passion for empowering communities, especially entrepreneurs, women, and business leaders. My gift for recognizing potential in every circumstance has enabled me to lead organizations to achieve remarkable profitability, sustainability, and growth.
Some of my career highlights include:
Founded and grew InfluenceHER, the leading New England women's network for women aged 28-38, which grew 150% year over year for four years.
As President of MITX (Massachusetts Innovation & Technology Exchange), I managed a board of 24 CxOs from tech and venture companies across the Northeast. I also created and ran CxO peer groups for eCommerce, Marketing and Product Design leaders.
Have mentored design and urban planning start-ups in MIT’s DesignX program for over five years.
At MITX, I led merger discussions and due diligence processes with multiple organizations.
As Chief Marketing Officer at iProspect, I built a successful client advisory board of leading brands and increased qualified leads by 162%.
In my role as the Global Vice President at Continuum, I led strategic recommendations to shift from a "franchise-like" global structure to a wholly operating global brand.
While the Vice President at Molecular, I increased the company's market visibility, leading to revenue growth of 20% year over year and the acquisition of the company by Aegis Group PLC.
